No. 1:  Xemnas

Human Bio - Xehanort was found unconscious in Radiant Garden by its king, Ansem the Wise.  He became Ansem’s top apprentice through dedicated work and genuine curiosity.  When Ansem scrapped his research into the darkness in peoples’ hearts, Xehanort took over the research and the name Ansem.  He eventually shed his mortal coil to become a Heartless (and thus a Nobody) along with another five of Ansem’s trusted subordinates.
Nobody Bio - Controls Sorcerer Nobodies.  Xemnas seeks Kingdom Hearts to make all Nobodies whole.  He does so by having Sora release the hearts in all Heartless.  He claims to understand that the true nature of the heart is darkness, but he cannot understand why everyone seems to oppose him.

No. 2:  Xigbar
Human Name - Braig
Human Age - 45
Codename - Freeshooter
Weapon - Gun Arrows
Element - Space
Human Bio - Braig had always had exceptional aim.  At age 43, he got into an official sword-duel to defend his honor.  After sustaining a wound in the right eye and a deep scar on the left cheek, he produced a hidden firearm and shot his opponent through the chest, earning him a hefty prison sentence.  Two years later, Ansem the Wise sent for him, giving him his freedom in exchange for a few assassination missions.  His last mission was to exterminate Xehanort, as Ansem had just noticed his apprentice’s forbidden works.  However, Xehanort’s intentions sounded too good to pass up, so Braig didn’t.
Nobody Bio - Calls forth Sniper Nobodies to aid in battle.  Xigbar dual-wields his gun arrows with ease.  He clearly enjoys his work, at many times taking the time to toy with his prey.  He never gets so distracted that he loses his quarry, but he has come close a few times.

No. 3:  Xaldin
Human Name - Dilan
Human Age - 31
Codename - Whirlwind Lancer
Weapon - Six Lances
Element - Wind
Human Bio - From a young age, Dilan commanded a powerful mastery of the spoken language.  At 18, he became King Ansem’s official mouthpiece, praising some and condemning others based on the king’s decision.  When Ansem learned of Xehanort’s and Braig’s defection, he sent Dilan to persuade them to turn back.  However, Dilan’s curiosity got the best of him, coaxing him into joining forces with Xehanort’s Order.
Nobody Bio - Commands the Dragoon Nobodies.  Despite wielding six lances in battle (one in his left hand, two in his right, and three in the air surrounding him), Xaldin prefers the tongue to the spear as a weapon any day.


No. 4:  Vexen

Human Age - 60
Codename - Chilly Academic
Weapon - Shield
Element - Ice
Human Bio - Even was a scientist in the employ of King Ansem.   He was originally loyal to his king, but his interest in Xehanort’s heart led him to join Xehanort’s Order.
Nobody Bio - Vexen, a stoic man in nature, avoids battles when it is possible.   He revels in discovering new things and experimenting, especially in natures of the heart.

No. 5:  Lexaeus
Human Name - Elaeus
Human Age - 37
Codename - Silent Hero
Weapon - Tomahawk
Element - Earth
Human Bio - Eleaus was a champion in everything he did.  He could outfight the toughest, outrun the fastest, and even outthink some of the people in Radiant Garden.  When Xehanort approached him to become the next member of his ever-growing Order.  Eleaus served as a grunt, discouraging any would-be snoops that threatened to expose them to the public.
Nobody Bio - Again, Lexaeus tends to be the brute force.  However, he notices things others don’t, making him a dangerous force on and off the battlefield.

No. 6 - Zexion
Human Name - Ienzo
Human Age - 19
Codename - Cloaked Schemer
Weapon - None
Element - None
Human Bio - Ienzo was always scorned by his peers for being better academically then them.  He graduated from the Academy in Radiant Garden at 15, and took up a job as another of Ansem’s assistants.  
During his time in the castle, no one noticed him, and he had no friends, save one:  Xehanort.  It came as no surprise, then, when Ienzo threw in his lot with the Order.
Nobody Bio - Like Vexen, Zexion’s talents lay outside of the battlefield.  He comes up with many brilliant ways to carry out Xehanort’s orders.  He also has the unique talent to discern people from their individual scents, even from great distances.  He can also tell when people have died from the vanishing of their scent.

No. 7:  Saix
Human Name - Isa
Human Age - 32
Codename - Luna Berserker
Weapon - Claymore
Element - Moon
Human Bio - Isa’s homeworld, Red Vanguard, was a huge world made of many townships.  In one such township, Isa earned money by wooing two or three wealthy, beauteous women, stealing their money, and leaving them, crushing their hearts.  This last aspect he particularly enjoyed; seeing a woman’s heart break in twain gave him great joy.  His profession came to an end when one young lady, Nalere, decided to send Daddy’s private army after Isa as payment for breaking her heart.  Once caught, Nalere gave him an X-shaped scar before sending him to his death.  Isa faced death by firing squad.  Although a red-haired youth began to kill people in the crowd to cause a distraction, it was too little, too late for Isa.  After his death, the bitterness and darkness in his heart gave rise to a Heartless , while the discarded flesh and soul became a powerful Nobody.
Nobody Bio - Commands Berserker Nobodies.  Is respected as the second-in-command of the Organization, even though he is No. 7.  He still knows how to (and enjoys) wound  a heart, and does so with Sora, using Kairi as leverage.  Under his calm exterior is a raging maniac that is shown in battle when he absorbs the moon’s power.  The one thing he wants most is to have a heart.

No. 8:  Axel
Human Name - Lea
Human Age - 21
Codename - Flurry of Dancing Flames
Weapon - Chakrams
Element - Fire
Human Bio - For his whole life, Lea had no friends.  He never felt special or loved.  His parents had both abandoned him at an early age, leaving him alone and with no sense of right and wrong.  Thus, Lea began a life of troublemaking.  Lea never liked any establishment, and he loved to cause trouble for those in authority over him.  On one occasion, he attempted to break up a large crowd who had gathered around a condemned man by killing the guards that were about to kill said condemned man.  After executing every guard in the area, as well as a good number of bystanders, reinforcements came and shot Lea and the man previously slated for death.  Lea barely survived, and when he was in good enough health, he planned a raid on the town’s Government Building.  He died, but not before killing a heaping helping of innocents.
Nobody Bio - Holds control over Assassin Nobodies.  Lea’s distaste for all things wholesome carried over into Axel’s existence.  He had no reason for being, it seemed, until he met Roxas.  Roxas was the only person who ever made Axel feel like he had a meaning.  When Roxas left the Organization to pursue other matters, Axel’s ties to the Organization left with him.  He devoted his life to retrieving his friend at any cost, and he lost his life protecting Roxas’ human, Sora.

No. 9:  Demyx
Human Name - Meyd
Human Age - 24
Codename - Melodious Nocturne
Weapon - Sitar
Element - Water
Human Bio - Meyd was a popular musician on his home world, Bailar Dea.  A child at heart, his personality shone through in his music.  Everyone loved him and his songs.  He gave concerts in cities around the world, until one day.  A man named Dorul gave him a choice:  take a bet which could kill him, or watch everything around him crumble.  In an uncharacteristic show of maturity, Meyd chose the option with no consequence for those around him.  Meyd was forced to memorize a song in two minutes, then play it blindfolded.  He failed, and was cut through by a sharpened playing card.
Nobody Bio - Where Demyx goes, Dancer Nobodies are sure to follow.  Demyx’s love for music has not changed; neither has his immaturity.  He requires a reminder for each mission he is sent on, and often confuses his targets.  However, when it comes down to it, Demyx is an unbeatable force.

No. 10:  Luxord
Human Name - Dorul
Human Age - 52
Codename - Gambler of Fate
Weapon - Playing Cards
Element - Time
Human Bio - At the age of 18, Dorul played his first Stakes Game, Bailar Dea‘s indigenous gambling sport.  He won a good sum of money, and from then on, he was hooked.  Soon enough, money was not high enough stakes for him.  He began betting people their lives against his.  He even killed the great musician Meyd as the result of one of his gambles.  He still saw everything as a game.  Eventually, he lost a gamble, as every gambler does,  He took his own life, and died with no regrets.  He merely lost a game.
Nobody Bio - Commands the Gambler Nobodies.  Luxord’s insatiable thirst for chance shines through in every part of his being.  Even fate-altering battles seem to be nothing more than a game to him, and he is resolved to never lose.

No. 11:  Marluxia
Human Name - Milraua
Human Age - 29
Codename - Graceful Assassin
Weapon - Scythe
Element - Flower
Human Bio - Milraua owned an entire world.  On this world he built an architectural masterpiece of a mansion:  Castle Oblivion.  He lived in relative peace until many Heartless stormed his world, killing the residents and overpowering his knights.  While Milraua put up a fight worthy of recognition, he was obliterated in the end and sent to his castle’s namesake.
Nobody Bio - When Marluxia awakened as a Nobody, the first thing he did was go back and reclaim his world.  It was later used as a base of operations for one of the Organization’s largest plans.  Unable to play second (much less eleventh) fiddle to a bunch of no-name insignificants, Marluxia hatched a plan to overthrow the Organization, leaving him as Superior.  However, the plan failed, ending in his demise.

No. 12:  Larxene
Human Name - Nalere
Human Age - 28
Codename - Savage Nymph
Weapon - Kunai Knives
Element - Thunder
Human Bio - A wealthy lady in Red Vanguard, Nalere led an easy life, with the exception of her hobby:  torturing those who had given her grief.  Nalere was a sadist.  When Isa took advantage of her, just to leave her high and dry, she enjoyed greatly the punishment he endured, especially the scar administered by her.  Her life continued as such, wronging and being wronged, for a while, until Saix, apparently risen from the dead, had his vengeance on her.  Nothing she could do could defeat this specter from her past, and he overwhelmed her.
Nobody Bio - Larxene loves to cause pain for others.  She assisted Marluxia’s plot to overthrow the Organization because she knew how much pain it’d cause the higher-ups.  Her sadistic nature often leads her to draw out battles that should take mere minutes, and in the case of Sora and friends, that was her downfall.

No. 13:  Roxas
Human Name - Sora
Human Age - 14
Codename - Key of Destiny
Weapon - Twin Keyblades, Oathkeeper and Oblivion
Element - Light
Human Bio - Sora, the Keyblade master, was on a journey to defeat the Heartless and get his friends back.  Nearing the end of his journey, he learned that they only way to do so was to give up his own heart.  He did so without hesitation.  Sora, now without a heart, became a Heartless.  But unbeknownst to him, a Nobody was born:  Roxas.
Nobody Bio - Due to the strange nature of the circumstances surrounding Sora’s transformation to a Heartless, Roxas retained no memory of his past life.  This caused him much grief.  In fact, due to these questions in his head, he left the Organization.
